Our Stellenbosch campus is nestled in the heart of Stellenbosch Central on Distillery Road, offering students a vibrant academic setting within one of South Africa’s most dynamic university towns. The campus provides the full spectrum of Open Window’s creative qualifications, from Higher Certificates to Undergraduate and Postgraduate programmes, within a space designed to nurture experimentation, critical thinking, and contemporary practice.Â
Students can engage with a diverse creative community while developing their skills in an inspiring, connected environment. Our campus is also home to a dedicated team of staff and student support services, including academic advisors, administrative personnel, and professional counsellors. These resources are in place to assist students throughout their academic journey, ensuring they have guidance, support, and well-being services whenever needed.

Sound Studio
Tailored post-production and sound design facilities to be fully operational in Phase 2.
Edit Suites
Two dedicated editing spaces, one high-spec film station and one BYOD space for focused post-production.
Photography Studio
Professional studio with seamless infinity curve, studio lighting, and large screen displays for real-time image review.
Gear Room
Fully equipped hub for cameras, audio, and lighting gear, organised to industry standards.
MakerSpace
Fab Lab, Ink Tank & Building Block
Specialist fabrication and printmaking facilities, currently in development, offering 3D printing, laser cutting, vinyl cutting, and large-format printing.
Acting Lab
Open studio for screen acting, rehearsals, and live performance exercises.
